What if the same forces that disturb you in the world…
are quietly operating in your own home, relationships, and body?
This is not a typical boundaries workshop.
Hold The Line is a somatic, relational level boundary course for those ready to feel their own spine and act from it.
A 3-class live experience for those ready to:
-
Stop protecting comfort over truth
-
Interrupt cycles of silence and compliance
-
Integrate their power without becoming harmful
-
Find their spine and use their voice
Doors are open.
We look at the headlines.
The scandals.
The abuse of power.
And we ask: How could this happen?
But zoom in.
Power-over doesn’t begin on private islands.
It begins in families and communities.
It begins when:
-
Children are taught to be nice instead of honest
-
Discomfort is avoided instead of addressed
-
Harm is minimized to “keep the peace”
-
We're taught to look away, cover our eyes and ears (Hi dissociation)
-
Children become adults that look away because confrontation feels scary
That "Peace"? It often protects the person causing harm.
And the cycle continues.
Macro and micro are not separate.
What we tolerate in our homes becomes the culture we live in.
Holding The Line is not about becoming aggressive and unhinged.
It’s not about moral superiority.
It’s about:
-
Owning your power so it doesn’t leak sideways
-
Learning the difference between coercion and clean force
-
Interrupting harm early—even imperfectly
-
Standing for what’s right, even when there’s social cost
This is shadow integration.
This is somatic embodied inner authority.
This is matriarchal leadership.

This workshop is for you if:
You’ve been the “nice one” your whole life
You avoid conflict but resent it later
You identify as a people pleaser
You grew up surrounded by "nice" people who didn't use their voice
You freeze or fawn when something feels off
You’ve witnessed harm and stayed quiet (like so so many of us have at some point)
You want to protect children and vulnerable people—but aren’t always sure how
You’re ready to stop outsourcing your authority
If you’re done with a culture that looks away—you belong here.

Three-Week Arc
Week 1: The Niceness Trap
Theme: How goodness becomes a cover for harm
Focus:
- Niceness vs integrity
- Politeness as a fawn response—and a power move
- “I didn’t want to make it awkward” as moral abdication
- Where we learned to survive by being agreeableHow systems reward compliance, especially in women/feminine-socialized people
Week 2: Meeting the Predator / Spine / Authority
Theme: Integrating power instead of disowning it
Focus:
- Everyone has a predator instinct: desire, hunger, pursuit, impact-
Disowned, it leaks sideways (manipulation, martyrdom, passive aggression)Owned, it becomes clarity, protection, decisiveness
- Difference between coercion and clean force
- Holding tension without collapsing or dominating
- Authority is self-sourced, not borrowed from rules or moral superiority
Week 3: Breaking the Bad Rules
Theme: From innocence to responsibility
Focus:
- Move beyond “good/bad” into response-ability
- See how harm perpetuates through passivity
- Learn to intervene early, imperfectly
- Develop inner authority over external validation

A note about the kind of spaces we create:
This isn't “safe” space — this isn't something a facilitator can promise in good conscience. BUT this is a brave and honest space.
This is a space for adults stepping fully into their grownhood — into the fierce, tender work of becoming.
You’ll be met with deep care, reverence, playfulness and love.
This is a curated and intentional container designed to hold the complexity of who you are, who we are and how we all move through the world.
But this is not therapy. It’s not 1:1 coaching.
And it’s not about being handheld.
This is for those who are ready to live fully — to show up, in all the glory and grit, the tenderness and truth, of what it means to be a vital, alive human.
Come as you are.
Stay as you grow.
