  • Nervous System Regulation & Self-Holds – Practical body based tools to soothe, regulate, and find safety in your own skin, and skills to use in your relationships to support the body’s of those you love

 

  • Boundaries & Personal Power – Learning feel, set and hold boundaries with clarity and confidence, better understanding your protective parts, regaining access to your own inner protector or refining your inner protector so you speak with clarity and kindness

  • Your Relationship with Your Body – Cultivating a deeper connection with your body and honouring its wisdom and your own innate intuitive self

  • Pleasure as a Healing Force – Exploring pleasure beyond the surface level—how it energizes, restores, and transforms.

  • Processing Life Hurts in a Supportive Space – Bringing your lived experiences into the sessions to receive personalized coaching within a nurturing group setting.

This is a space to bring your raw, real self, to be witnessed with curiosity and without judgment, to receive 1:1 coaching within the collective wisdom of a group.

It’s about reclaiming your agency, deepening your self-trust, and unlocking the pleasure and joy that have always been yours to claim.

  • Duration: 4 weeks

  • Group Size: 8-12 participants

  • Session Length: 2-3 hours per week, depending on group size

  • Location: Zoom

  • Investment: sliding scale $60-$150 CAD per session plus HST

MEET YOUR COACH

Kat Nantz is a Somatic Pleasure and Trauma Coach, facilitator and speaker with over 10 years of experience in helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their personal power, and rediscover joy and pleasure in their lives. With a deep personal and professional understanding of trauma, embodiment practices, and sexual liberation, Kat has run hundreds of workshops, worked with over a 1,000 people through 1:1 coaching and group work, events, retreats and has facilitated several successful workshops, events, and retreats.

Throughout her career, Kat has created a space where individuals feel safe to explore deep and often difficult topics related to trauma, pleasure, and self-worth.

Clients consistently speak to her ability to transform lives—not just by offering insights, but by empowering them to step into their own agency, pleasure, and joy. Whether through group workshops, private coaching, or immersive experiences, Kat helps her clients reconnect with their bodies and their authentic selves, leading them toward living more intentional, fulfilling lives.

Kat's dedication to her craft and her clients is driven by the belief that pleasure is a vital, life-affirming force that can lead to profound healing and transformation.

PAYMENT

Payment is offered on a sliding scale, between $60 and $150 CAD.

You can pay per session, or for all 4 sessions up front.

Please select an amount that aligns with your budget while also honouring the value of this work and the fact that this is my livelihood.
